Dior B22 sneaker by Derick
Derick’s Dior B22 sneaker is considered one of the best in the market and on par with Koala’s Dior B22. Each seller has different flaws, and we will focus on Dior B22 flaws in this review.
Flaw 1
The overall color of Derick’s Dior B22 sneaker is one or two shades lighting than the authentic ones, as shown in the pictures. Perhaps it may be due to the lighting issue.
Follow-up would be the suede of Derick’s toebox, which is supposed to be reflective, as shown in the authentic pair image. This could be a significant giveaway in taking a photo with flashes.
Flaw 2
Derick’s side view of the sneaker has a few differences from the authentic pair. Derick’s black Dior logo badge text is a tad smaller than the genuine badge, and the reflectiveness differs on both badges.
The perforation placement on Derick’s sneaker is slightly off from the retail pair, as shown in the images above. Furthermore, Derick’s stitching is not uniform compared to the authentic ones.
Flaw 3
Looking at Derick’s toe-box from the top view, the stitching is wonky, and the suede material we mentioned in flaw 1 is also wrong. On the other hand, the authentic pair stitching is uniform and tight, and the suede material is consistent throughout the sneaker.
Flaw 4
The “Dior” texts printed on Derick’s insole differ from the retail insole. A closer look at the authentic insole printing; it has a texture but not on Derick’s insole. Perhaps the printing method could be different. This is considered a minor flaw as the flaw would be covered up when wearing the sneaker.
Flaw 5
The “CD” and “Made in Italy” engraving differ on both sneakers. The authentic engraving has no fillings, and the texts are thinner than Derick’s. Perhaps, different pair of authentic sneakers has different types of engraving.
Conclusion
The cost of Derick’s Dior B22 sneakers isn’t cheap and should be considered reasonable based on the flaws. However, the community reported that you must depend on your luck to get a good pair. You could request QC before shipment, but the quality will vary o n different batches. The quality of the material would be hard to QC through photos.
