I recently came across 888 Kicks in a post, and at first glance, it seemed very similar to the authentic sneakers, prompting me to write this review to point out the flaws and share my thoughts. Flaw 1
Point 1: I’m not sure if it’s due to the lighting or if the photo is in HDR mode, but the 888 Kicks’ blue colorway appears a few shades darker than the authentic blue.
Point 2: The cage size on 888 Kicks seems off, and the windows within the cage do not have the same proportions as those on the authentic pair.
Point 3: Looking at the arc on 888 Kicks, you can notice that the gap is wider than on the authentic ones. Conversely, the authentic pair has little to no gap between the arc and the cage.
Flaw 2
Point 1: The stitching on the 888 Kicks’ tongue logo label is closer to the seam compared to the authentic.
Point 2: The font on the 888 Kicks tongue logo label is thicker than the authentic, and the positioning is off as well.
Flaw 3
Point 1: The gap between the word “AIR” on 888 Kicks is wider than on the authentic pair, where the gap is minimal.
Point 2: The stitching on 888 Kicks is good but could be improved. If I were to nitpick, it isn’t as finely knitted as the authentic stitching.
Point 3: The shape and size of the NIKE logo on the 888 Kicks pair are similar to the authentic, but the positioning is slightly off. The NIKE logo on 888 Kicks is a tad higher than on the authentic.
Conclusion
The 888 Kicks Nike Air Jordan 4 Military Blue colorway for 2024 is a decent pair, but it isn’t the best I have seen so far. I would be satisfied if I get my hands on this pair too. I love the design and the colorway of the Jordan 4 Military Blue, and it’s been over a decade since Nike released this 2024 blue colorway. As always, peace out and stay vibey.
