Nike SB Dunk low bubbles colorway by M1 sneaker
The M1 Nike SB Dunk Low “Bubble” colorway is considered one of the popular purchases in the rep community, and reviews from our dear rep fam are positive. I will be reviewing this dunk by pointing out the flaws and sharing my thoughts. The seller will be referenced at the end of this review. Let’s get started, shall we?
Flaw 1
Point 1: The Swoosh on the M1 sneaker is decent, but the only minor complaint is the placement. The M1 Swoosh is too low compared to the authentic.
Point 2: M1 stitching is good enough but not as closely knitted as the authentic ones.
Point 3: The reflection pattern on the M1 suede patch differs from the authentic. It appears that the M1 suede lacks any reflection based on the images above.
Point 4: The M1 toebox sole is thicker than the authentic pair.
Point 5: The M1 back collar, as shown in the images above, is lower than the authentic pair.
Flaw 2
Point 1: M1’s perforation holes are smaller than the authentic.
Point 2: The black accent outline on the M1 Dunk is thinner than the authentic.
Flaw 3
Point 1: The logo on the tongue differs between both pairs; it seems the M1 logo is smaller than the genuine, and the outline of the logo is thinner too.
Point 2: The embroidery on the tongue also differs between both pairs in terms of pattern and depth. It seems the authentic embroidery is more prominent than M1’s.
Flaw 4
Point 1: The embroidery color differs between both pairs; M1’s color is a few shades lighter than the authentic.
Point 2: M1’s arc on the backheel is thinner than the authentic pair.
Conclusion
The M1 Nike SB Dunk Low “Bubble” colorway is a solid pair despite all the flaws I mentioned above. The only concerning flaw would be the reflection on the suede, and if they can improve on the next batch, that would make it harder to distinguish from the real thing when worn.
