Dior blue oblique embroidery tote bag by Thumb factory
Thumb’s factory Dior blue oblique embroidery tote bag is one of the popular ones in the market, and I will review it by pointing out the flaws and sharing my thoughts. The link to the seller will be at the end of the review. Let’s get started with the imperfections.
Flaw 1
Let’s examine the tote bag labels to compare to discover their flaws. I am surprised that the labels are similar, as most factories will disregard the label. The minor differences between the two labels would be the font size and the placement of the words.
Flaw 2
As shown in the images above, Thumb’s CHRISTIAN DIOR embroidery is fatter than the retail, and their PAIRS embroidery is thinner than the retail, with the top and bottom gap narrower than the retail.
Flaw 3
The tote bags’ overall shape, size, and colour are similar but slightly different. Thumb’s CHRISTIAN DIOR embroidery is a tad thicker than the retail. Moreover, the letter “IO” is somewhat wonky, and the base colour of the tote bag is a few shades lighter than the retail. However, this flaw is minor because it requires a retail tote bag to tell the differences.
Flaw 4
Zooming in on Thumb’s DIOR pattern embroidery and we can see that the letter “O” differs from the retail, and the letter “R” and “D” is touching. On the other hand, the retail letter “R” and “D” isn’t connecting. Furthermore, the thumb’s DIOR pattern is slightly darker than the retail pattern.
Conclusion
Thumb’s Dior blue oblique embroidery tote bag is a decent piece but not the best in the market as of this review/batch of theirs. The tote bag has a few concerning flaws, such as flaw 4 and flaw 1. Thumb’s DIOR pattern embroidery could improve significantly; hopefully, they will result in their upcoming batch. I want to end this with a good note; their tote bag isn’t the worse but not the best.
