Patek Philippe Nautilus V3 dark blue by 3KF factory

The 3KF Factory Patek Philippe Nautilus version 4 has caught my attention due to its quality and resemblance to the genuine model. Many in our rep community have acquired this watch and opted to replace the outer chassis with one from PF. In this review, I will do my best to highlight the flaws and share my thoughts. Seller information will be provided at the end of this review.

Movement

At the time of this writing, the movement used in the 3KF version 4 of their 5711 Nautilus is the 324 movement, identical to that used by PPF Factory. However, this movement features a regulated balance rather than a free-sprung balance. I have noted that a free-sprung version of the 324 movement is available, but it would cost approximately $2,000 extra. A free-sprung balance adjusts the rate by changing the inertia of the balance wheel (adding or removing small weights on the rim). This minimizes the number of moving parts susceptible to shocks or wear, thereby enhancing the stability and long-term accuracy of the timepiece.

Flaw 1

Point 1: The “Patek Philippe Genève” font used by 3KF appears more spaced out compared to the genuine, and the font size also differs based on the images.
Point 2: The white color fill on the hour and minute hands is similar to the genuine, just a few shades off. The metal finishes are also similar, though lacking in reflectiveness, which is good enough for me.
Point 3: The date font is similar between the two watches. If I were to nitpick, perhaps 3KF could increase the height by 10 percent.
Point 4: The white dots across the 3KF dial are not uniform, and their placement is off compared to the retail version.
Point 5: The white color fill and the metal outline finish on the hour markers differ. 3KF’s white color fill is a few shades off from the genuine, and the metal finishes lack reflectiveness.
Point 6: The color of the dial closely resembles the genuine, but it’s just a few shades off and still lacks the sunburst effect.

Flaw 2

The “Patek Philippe Genève” engraving on the clasp slightly differs but is one of the best I have seen so far! Good job, 3KF Factory.

Flaw 3

The top plate engraving by 3KF is, unfortunately, one of the worst I have come across. The images clearly show significant differences in font size, color, font family, and top plate finishes compared to the genuine.

Flaw 4

The gold finishes on the rotors differ, and so does the Patek Philippe logo. I didn’t have high expectations for the rotor’s gold finishes since the genuine uses superior machinery to achieve this.

Conclusion

Despite its flaws, the 3KF Factory Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 remains one of the best in the replica market. The most concerning issue is the engraving on the top plate; it bothers me that such a simple flaw exists on a high-quality replica. Nonetheless, I will still proudly wear this watch. As always, peace out and stay vibey.
